Gorgeous Notebooks using Year of Cheer DSP

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog. I hope you all had a lovely Weekend. I just wish they didn't go by so fast :-(.

Today i wanted to share these very simple but elegant Notebooks with you. I covered them with Year of cheer DSP & i used Hello Friend Stamp set for the sentiment. For one of the books i used Bundle of love DSP. That is the one that is Very Vanilla in colour.

I bought some cheap Notebooks from B&M and i removed the covers. I then covered them in the gorgeous DSP. The Notebooks i used measure 4" x 5 1/2".

I cut my DSP to 8 1/2" x 5 5/8" I scored the long side @ 4 1/8" & 4 3/8". So simple but they look so beautiful.

I hope you like them.

I have listed all the products i used at the end of this blog post. If you wish to purchase any of them, just click the item/s and you will be taken direct to my online shop.
You can also click the shop now tab at the top of this blog or the shop now picture on the right.

Gorgeous Altered Pizza Boxes & Embellished Tags

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog.
I have been playing with the mini pizza boxes today & i am so in love with the result!!. They have turned out way better than i thought they would. To think they were just a plain white box! I think you will agree with me that they are really very striking.

Decorating the boxes like this makes them look very elegant & also quite expensive in my opinion. I think they would sell very well at craft fairs. I know if i saw these for sale i would buy one without a doubt!

I made one box in a silver theme & one in gold. They were very easy to heat emboss & also die cut. The heat embossing really sets the box off & makes it stand out.

I made 3 gift tags for my box & i think the tags are very special too. I just layered them up with lots of different die cuts and embellishments. They look so pretty.

Of course you don't have to make tags for your pizza box. They can hold lots of little gifts such as Jewelry, treats or even 3" x 3" note cards.

I really hope you like my tutorial today & will try altering these Pizza boxes to. You will have great fun deciding how to stamp and decorate them.

The stamp sets i used for my boxes were Wood words & Awesomely artistic.

Thank you & i will be back next week with lots more projects.

#3 Festive Friday Large Candle Gift Box With Decorated Candle

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to project number 3 of my Festive Friday series.
I really am quite proud of today's project. It looks so elegant & quite professional too. This is also a very large box & has a separate tray in the bottom that holds the candle in place.

I hope you like it.

I also made one of these boxes in Acetate which i show you in my tutorial. The acetate one does not have the windows cut out as you don't need them.

I did not stamp directly onto my candle. Instead i heat embossed my sentiment onto some heat resistant acetate and i wrapped it around the candle. I secured it with a glue dot.

This really is a very beautiful box and would make a fantastic gift for anyone. All the products i used are listed at the end of this post. The link for the You Tube video will also be there too.

Pretty Pines Wreath Card

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share this Christmas card with you. I have used the Pretty Pines Thinlits to create a Christmas wreath. I think it looks really pretty. I cut the pine cones out with Gold foil as i think it makes them stand out more.
I hope you like it.

To make the wreath i also used the Leaf Punch, some were punched out in gold foil and some in Garden Green. My sentiment is from Hearts come home stamp set. That was stamped in garden green and i put some gold foil behind it to make it stand out more. I added a few Real red enamel shapes.

The embossing folder i used is Pinewood planks and under that i used some of the Quilted Christmas DSP.

All the products will be listed below.

Thank you
