Welcome to my Blog & installment number 2 of my Stamp Set Saturday series.
Today i have chosen one of my favorite stamp sets, Garden in bloom. It is very easy to forget about 'old' favorites as you sort of concentrate on the new stamp sets. I know this stamp set is loved by so many people.

I hope you like the cards i have made today. The point of this series is to show you different ways & ideas to use stamp sets. Also to show you that you can create different cards by just using one stamp set!

I hope you like them and i hope they have given you some inspiration and ideas!

If you would like to know any info about the cards, please just let me know. Also if you would like to purchase the stamp set or any products, please just click the shop now tab on this blog.

Pretty Pines Wreath Card

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share this Christmas card with you. I have used the Pretty Pines Thinlits to create a Christmas wreath. I think it looks really pretty. I cut the pine cones out with Gold foil as i think it makes them stand out more.
I hope you like it.

To make the wreath i also used the Leaf Punch, some were punched out in gold foil and some in Garden Green. My sentiment is from Hearts come home stamp set. That was stamped in garden green and i put some gold foil behind it to make it stand out more. I added a few Real red enamel shapes.

The embossing folder i used is Pinewood planks and under that i used some of the Quilted Christmas DSP.

All the products will be listed below.

Thank you

I hope you like the card i have created today.

When i first saw all the new Hostess stamp sets in the new catalogue, this was the one that stood out to me! It has some beautiful images. I love it.

I started off by water colouring my water colour card with Marina mist Ink. I just squeezed some Ink into the lid of my stamp pad & picked up some Ink with my water colour brush. This was then randomly brushed onto the card. I let it dry for 5 minutes.

Taking my vellum i stamped the script image 3 times using versamark and heat embossed with gold powder.
The vellum was then attached to the water colour card with 4 glue dots.

I stamped 2 flowers in Marina mist Ink onto whisper white. I cut the image out with a layering oval & then using the next size up i cut out a scallop oval with Island Indigo card.

The sentiment was stamped onto whisper white card again using Marina Mist. I cut the sentiment out with scissors.

I added some basic pearls to finish!

I hope you like it :-)

Beautiful You Screen Card

Hi Everyone,

Happy Tuesday!
Thank you for stopping by my blog Today. As promised i have another card for you today.
I have used one of my favorite stamp sets for this card which is Beautiful You.

I was inspired by one of my lovely team members, Steph Stoker ie, Effi-Ann cards. Steph made a beautiful screen card the other day which you can view on her blog. The link is on the right hand side of this blog under My Team.

I hope you like mine.

I love screen cards and i have never really made one before. They really are beautiful and would look so nice displayed on the mantle piece.

For my card i used Dapper Demin card measuring 6 1/2" x 11" scored on the long side @ 2 3/4", 5 1/2" & 8 1/4"

For the panels i used 4 pieces of whisper white measuring 2 1/2" x 4"

For the bottom of the card i used the decorative label punch and for the top i used an EK punch that i already had in my craft stash.

The stamp sets i used were Beautiful You & Timeless textures

I only used 2 Ink pads which were Dapper Denim & Mint Macaron

I used a stamp from Timeless textures to stamp a border around all 4 panels.

I stamped the 2 sentiments with versa mark and heat embossed with gold powder, i stamped that over the squiggle stamp from beautiful you.

One lady was stamped in Mint macaron and the other in Dapper denim, they were both colored over with clear wink of stella.

To finish off i placed some Dapper denim enamel shapes on the card.

Another Easel Hat Card With Gorgeous Hat Box!!

Positivelypapercraft easel hat card

Hi Everyone!
Welcome to my Blog & as always, thank you so much for stopping by.  You may remember a few weeks ago i made a beautiful easel Hat/Bonnet card with a presentation gift box. At the time i was trying out different video techniques & that video happened to be sped up & had a voice over. A few people messaged me & asked if i could possibly redo the tutorial in 'real time'. So i have! The other reason i wanted to redo it was because i really wanted to make a mini Hat box to gift the card. I am thrilled with how it turned out & i hope you are to.
