Heat embossed Vellum Pouch With Matching Gift Tags

The project i have is #9 of my Seasonal Sunday series. I hope you are enjoying all the projects i bring you.

Today i have a beautiful Vellum Gift pouch, which holds matching Gift Tags. I made 7 but i think the pouch would hold about 10 if you wanted to make more.

I really think it looks so pretty & elegant, i would love to receive one of these. They would make great little gifts or items to sell at a craft fair.

To make this set i used one of my favorite Stamp sets, Frosted Medallions. This is one of the most stunning stamp sets i have ever used. I really do love it.

It is also a very simple project to make. You can make the tags whatever shape you like. I chose to make mine oval & square. I used the stitched shape dies for that & i think it makes them look more pretty & elegant.

The Tags have 3 layers. Night of navy card, Thick whisper white card & the top layer is vellum. I stamped the sentiment on the top vellum layer & heat embossed with gold powder. The sentiment comes from the stamp set Oh, what fun.

Score the long side @ 5 1/2" & 11"              OR           14 cm & 28 cm

Score the short side @ 2" & 7 1/4"               OR           5 cm & 18.4 cm
