My Ornamental Gift Box

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my usual Wednesday project on here and also on my YouTube Channel.

I have to say that i am very excited and also very happy to be bringing you today's project. I truly love it!
I am so so happy with the way it turned out and have never seen anything similar around either. I really hope you like it as much as me and also have a try at making one. It really is a very simple box to make.

I honestly think these boxes are so beautiful and they look so much better in real life too lol. They are also a good size and you could fit lots of lovely gifts in.
I think they would be great to gift a large pillar candle or maybe a bottle of perfume.  They would also make a stunning gift box for Mothers Day.

The light coloured box is made with Smoky slate card & Succulent Garden DSP.
The Black box is made with Red and black card & heat embossed the panels with gold powder. The stamp set i used for that was Flourishing Phrases.

I would love it if you have a go at making one. They really are not hard and i am sure you will enjoy it. More importantly you will love the end result!!

Score the short side @ 2, 4. 6 & 8"               OR      5, 10, 15 & 20 cm

Score the long side @ 1/2", 2 1/2" & 8 1/2"       OR      1.3 cm, 6.3 cm & 21.5 cm

Real red card measuring 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"   x 3 pieces (for stand)           OR   6.3  cm x 6.3 cm

4 pieces of black card measuring 2" x 7 1/2"     OR   5 cm x 19 cm
