Hi my crafty friends!!
Thank you for visiting my blog today.
I was doing some shopping the other day at my local Tesco. I came across the sweetest heart shaped Tealights in a clearance box. I new they would look so pretty in a handmade gift box!!
I hope you agree.
These little boxes really are so quick and simple to make and the most important thing, is that they look great!!
The box to the left of the picture is made with Pool party card stock. I thought it matched really well with the candle. The stamp set i used is a hostess set called Background Bits. You can earn this FREE when you spend a minimum of £150 with me. I also often send hostess sets out to my customers when they shop with me and use my rewards code.
I heat embossed the stamped images with silver embossing powder.
The box to the right of the picture is made using Wisteria wonder card stock. This really is such a pretty colour that i don't use half as much as i should.
I used the beautiful background stamp called marbled to get the beautiful pattern on the box. I used Wisteria wonder Ink for that.
Please check out my YouTube tutorial for full instructions.
