Welcome to my Blog!!
As always, thank you for stopping by to see today's project. I am rather in love with this gift box. I just love the way it turned out!
I went shopping to Tesco the other day in search of some Christmas gifts for friends & work colleagues. I came across these lovely Reed Diffusers & they were very inexpensive. Although there was nothing wrong with the box they came in, i wanted to create my own gift box. So that is what i did!
I basically copied the design of the original box but added an oval window on the front. I think it looks so elegant & much more expensive then it actually was!
I used my favorite DSP, Year of cheer. I LOVE that paper. I hope you like today's project & agree with me that it looks beautiful. This would make a fantastic gift all year round & it definitely won't break the bank!
DIMENSIONS
DSP MEASURES 6 3/8" X 11 3/4"
SCORE THE LONG SIDE @ 1 1/2", 9 5/8" & 9 7/8"
SCORE THE SHORT SIDE @ 1 1/2", 3", 4 1/2" & 6"
SCORE THE 1ST & 3RD PANEL ON THE LONG SIDE @ 5 1/2"
PLEASE WATCH MY TUTORIAL FOR FULL INSTRUCTIONS.
All the products i used are listed at the end of this post as well as the link to my You Tube Tutorial.
Thank you!
Bye for now
Love
Ann xx
