NO DIE Hexagon Stepper Box Tutorial

Welcome to my Blog & thank you for stopping by!! You may remember i did a tutorial on a balcony/stepper box a while ago on my channel. It was a die by simply made crafts but lots of people asked me if i could do a tutorial on a similar box without using a die. So here it is! My stepper box has 3 little hexagon boxes inside and its really quite a large box overall.

You can see what the inside looks like from the picture above. Its a really easy box to make and it looks and feels very professional. I hope you will have a go at one yourself. I stated in my video that you could add some more boxes inside, however you can't as they have nowhere to fold in it. Have no idea what i was even thinking of lol.

I will list all the measurements below in Imperial and metric. I used very thick card for my box, at least 300gsm, maybe more as its so thick! I did say in the video that it may be possible your lid does not fit unless you are using very thick card like me. So as promised i will also give you measurements for a slightly smaller lid just in case.
